Sizing:
Small - best for toes 2,3,4,5 in women and best for toes 4 & 5 in men
Medium - best for toes 2,3,4,5 in women with larger sized feet and men
Large - best for the big toe in women and men with smaller sized feet
X-Large - best for big toes in men
XX-Large - best for big toes in men
DIRECTIONS:
Apply to clean and dry foot.
Cut tubes to desired length for proper fit or shaped into toe protectors, nail guards, bunion shields, corn or hammertoe protectors, etc.
Remove cushion at least 3 to 4 hours daily to allow the skin to breathe
