    The Good Feet Store Arch Support Mid-Flex Orthotics Maintainer 5 Shoe Insert.
    These are the original orthotics now called Maintainer. They are in good condition, there are no cracks but they do show some normal signs of wear that do not effect performance. I used them in every shoe, from slippers to tennis shoes - perform very well for athletics. Selling these because I now have custom orthotics from my doctor.
